Sick Pet Care

As well as regular Wellness Care, we are ready to investigate and treat your pet’s medical concerns when they’re sick. We are able to perform in-house blood work to immediately evaluate for internal organ dysfunction and infection when cases are urgent and work with referral laboratories to get input from their pathologists. We are able to perform x-rays at all three of our locations and have an ultrasound unit at our River North practice and our Logan Square practice. We are able to stabilize patients such as those with respiratory difficulties, bite wounds and trauma and work closely with local ER facilities so your pet can receive the best care. Our team of knowledgeable veterinarians also have the ability to consult with board-certified specialists. If your pet needs to be hospitalized during the day, we can provide fluids, treatment, monitoring and updates so you can feel safe that your pet is under our care. Additionally, we reserve a few Emergency Room appointments for each day to help with same-day urgent needs.
