“Laser therapy has become an integral part of my practice due to the benefits I have witnessed in my patients. Laser therapy is a low-cost, non-painful, and non-invasive way to relieve a variety of conditions. We use it to manage pain after surgery and to treat inflammatory conditions like painful ears and rears. Stubborn lick granulomas, no more!

For our senior patients, I have seen comfort and quality of life improved with chronic painful conditions like arthritis. At first I wasn't a true believer because it seems like magic, but after reviewing the evidence and witnessing the improvements in my patients, I now recommend it routinely.” - Dr. Robert Plourde.

Photobiomodulation (PBM) or laser therapy results are achieved when a sufficient dose of light energy reaches target tissue and results in decreased inflammation, decreased pain, and accelerated healing. We use a Companion Animal Health  laser, designed specifically for pet patients as their delivery system is detailed and species-specific, resulting in the best possible outcomes for our pets. Laser Therapy is painless and application produces a gentle warming sensation.

“I've seen it change the lives of patients with arthritis and expedite the rate of healing because of how effective it is.” - Dr. Gail Simpson.

Did we mention the adorable protective eyewear that the patients wear?!

We are currently offering Laser Therapy with the option of individual treatments or as packages for chronic therapies that necessitate multiple sessions with cost savings built in. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have regarding Laser Therapy treatment or to schedule an appointment.

Sincerely,

The BLVD Team
